The homeowners bought this home for its desirable corner lot in a Preston neighborhood. They wanted to do a major remodel, including adding a 2nd floor and basement. The best way to achieve this goal was to demolish the current house and rebuild the custom-designed multi-level home of their dreams.

The homeowners purchased this home in 2020 and decided they wanted to start from the ground up to build the home of their dreams. This decision was driven by their desire to create a space that truly reflected their lifestyle and personal tastes.

The homeowners of the original home on this desirable lot in Raleigh's North Hills neighborhood had lived in the home since 1998. They had always dreamed of completely changing the home and taking advantage of the rear views of the greenway.

When the homeowners purchased their Preston Grande residence in 2021, they saw more than just a house built in 1998, they saw potential. With a timeless layout as their foundation, they imagined a space that reflected their unique style and modern sensibilities.

Originally built in 1993, this home was due for a complete remodel. Not only did the major systems of the home need to be updated but also the finishes, feel and function of the home.

The homeowners of this 1993 home wanted to add additional square footage including a new front porch, mudroom, a rear family room with a two car garage below, screened porch and a heated dog grooming room. They also wanted to update the entire interior and exterior of the home.

The owners of this home located in Apex, NC wanted to add additional square footage including a new first floor master suite, a front porch, an extension of the kitchen and dining area. They also wanted to update the entire interior and exterior of the home.

The homeowners of this home located inside the beltline off of Ridge Road loved their location but did not like their small master bedroom. The bathroom was more like a small hall bath instead of a true master bathroom, and the closet space was tight for one person and impossible for two people to share.

This growing family living in the much desired neighborhood of Lochmere needed more space, especially to entertain in the small closed off kitchen. They loved their existing house and Cary, NC neighborhood and did not want to move.

The homeowners of this Wimbledon home were ready to update their master bathroom that was original to the 1986 construction of the home. The pink wallpaper, carpeted vanity area, small shower, and brass fixtures were way out-of-date.

After living in the home for a year, our clients' top priority was to remodel their outdated bathroom and create a larger shower and more storage.

The goal of this project was to create an outdoor porch for entertaining while creating heated garage space below. The homeowners also wanted to add this porch high above grade with unobstructed views of the lake and golf course below.
